Dear Members, Visitors, and Friends of the Congregation, 

          I wish you all a relaxing and enjoyable Labor Day weekend! 

          The prayer which I will pray during our ZOOM worship time tonight, Wednesday, August 31, at 7:00 PM, comes indirectly from my experience with cancer in the sense that it comes out of the weariness immunotherapy often leads to, leaving your brain feeling like it’s not firing on all cylinders. At any rate, I hope, as always, that it speaks to you or helps you in some way. 

          May we pray always, trusting that the Spirit carries our prayers and longings and sighs to God,
